Head of Growth
Purpose - To lead new business, commercial partnerships and client account growth.
- Lead the agency’s new business development, taking inbound leads and maximising conversion into long-term agency clients
- Proactively develop enterprise accounts, maximising the opportunities for developing new conversational AI solutions
- Build a strong and valuable personal network with agency clients, prospects, peers and The Panoply group companies to generate commercial value for GreenShoot Labs
- Maximise the value of existing commercial partnerships
- Develop and implement new commercial strategies to ensure agency growth
Salary: from £85k, max £110k
- Proven commercial / enterprise sales experience with a track record of delivering new client wins and existing account growth
- Proven experience in new business in an enterprise consultancy context and managing relationships with key senior clients
- Understanding of technology market trends, research methods and analysis
- Commercial awareness partnered with a strategic mindset
- Excellent organisational and leadership skills
- Writing skills for new business proposals and pitches
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
Flexible within UK. Occasional travel to London or other cities for key engagements.
