Job description

Purpose - To lead new business, commercial partnerships and client account growth.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead the agency’s new business development, taking inbound leads and maximising conversion into long-term agency clients
  • Proactively develop enterprise accounts, maximising the opportunities for developing new conversational AI solutions
  • Build a strong and valuable personal network with agency clients, prospects, peers and The Panoply group companies to generate commercial value for GreenShoot Labs
  • Maximise the value of existing commercial partnerships
  • Develop and implement new commercial strategies to ensure agency growth

Salary: from £85k, max £110k

Job requirements

Profile:

  • Proven commercial / enterprise sales experience with a track record of delivering new client wins and existing account growth
  • Proven experience in new business in an enterprise consultancy context and managing relationships with key senior clients
  • Understanding of technology market trends, research methods and analysis
  • Commercial awareness partnered with a strategic mindset
  • Excellent organisational and leadership skills
  • Writing skills for new business proposals and pitches
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities

Location

Flexible within UK. Occasional travel to London or other cities for key engagements.
